EDUCATION SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS
The Department conducts its activity in accordance with the Constitution and Laws of Ukraine, Resolutions of Verkhovna Rada (Supreme Council) of Ukraine, orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, TNEU Statute, orders and instructions of University Rector, and other regulations.
Education Service Department for Foreign Citizens coordinates its work with structural subdivisions of the University organizing admission and studying process of international students.
The Department carries out issuing, recording and storage of invitations, provides informative work on clearance of entry documentation, verifies and registers the educational documents, maintains personal files of international students, provides proper arrangements of diplomas, issued by TNEU.
The Department cooperates with the State Migration Service of Ukraine, the Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs ofUkraine, the Department of Security Service of Ukraine in Ternopil region in order to guarantee the temporary registration of international students and resolving conflicts connected with their study and stay on theterritoryofUkraine.
Comfortable stay and the success of international students is greatly improved by the Staff of the Department, who helps foreigners to adjust to their new environment.
