The ICT 2010 is a European biennial event, which aims to share visions of current and future research trends and explore key policy options. It is also a gathering point for researchers, business people, investors and high level policy makers in digital innovation. The forum allows participants to display the latest research trends in ICT on a surface of more than 5000 m2.

Young Europe Forum is a five day conference organized by Klub Jagielloński in cooperation with the Jagiellonian University, with an aim to become the basis for later broad cooperation among circles of young intellectuals from Central and Eastern European countries. Young scientists, journalists, activists and senior students from 10 countries ( Belarus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine) are invited. We are expecting the participation of about 40 people up to 35 years of age.

We greet at our external examiner, Prof.Peter van der Hoek (Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands) at the Ukrainian-Dutch Faculty of Economics and Management. During his stay at our faculty, Mr. van der Hoek will check the Bachelor papers, submitted by our fourth-year students. The successful students will be presented with the certificates of the Erasmus University, proving the fulfillment of the Bachelor Programme in Business Education, which is equal to the similar programmes in Eastern Europe.

Within the frames of Agreement between TNEU and Jagiellonian University (Krakow) the lecturers from Jagiellonian University (faculty of administration and law) has arrived in TNEU to conduct some lectures and practical educational courses from the Polish and European Law.

The WTO launched on 2 March the 2010 Essay Award for Young Economists. The Award aims to promote high-quality research on the WTO and WTO-related issues among young economists and to reinforce the relationship between the WTO and the academic community.
