Centre of Innovative Development and Training

The Centre of Innovative Development and Training of ERIIET focuses on the coordination of innovation activities of the departments of West Ukrainian National University in education and science, as well as on the development of the university as an innovation hub that accelerates innovative projects and their further implementation in the economy.

The center contributes to the transformation of the university into a modern European innovation-production and research-educational complex, which is aimed at finding new knowledge and technologies and identifying possible tools for their practical application.

 The main aims of the Centre include promotion of innovative development of the region, united territorial communities and local businesses; attraction of investment for implementation of innovative projects through cooperation with the executive authorities, local governments, non-governmental organizations, public and private enterprises, donors; use of innovative educational technologies in the educational process and research of regional development.

 The main activities of the Center:

 - consulting to increase the efficiency of activities;
  - outsourcing of services for organizations, institutions and enterprises;
  - conducting and organizing seminars, master classes, workshops, webinars;
  - preparation of project proposals for grants;
  - monitoring of development trends of the region, industries;
  - development of sustainable regional development projects;
  - identification of the main directions of smart specialization of the region. 

The Centre of Innovative Development and Training offers the following services:

  - support of small and medium business (organization of business activity; development of business plans; consulting of small and medium business, outsourcing of business services);

  - marketing (development of marketing strategy; conducting training on the organization of Internet marketing, marketing services, creative marketing; sales management; marketing research using neuro equipment, audit of websites and social media; copywriting);

  - personnel management (personnel recruitment and hiring; staffing; personnel evaluation; personnel training; staff motivation and development);

  - training and development of personal and professional competencies (techniques for building a successful career; preparation of resumes, cover letters and portfolios; modern technologies for online and offline training; organization of project activities, management of project teams);

  - preparation of state planning documents, passports and projects in the following areas: development strategies and programmes of socio-economic development of the community; projects of innovative, sustainable and SMART development of the region (district, united territorial community, settlement); planning of social and economic development of the region and programmes of social and economic development (district, united territorial community, settlement); facilitation of a favorable investment climate in the region (support of investment projects);

  - energy efficiency and energy saving (energy audit of buildings, introduction of energy efficient and environmentally friendly technologies, development of projects for the implementation of smart and grid technologies in the energy sector, energy audit, organization of energy service);

  - environmental protection and waste management (environmental assessment of enterprise development strategies; development of environmental programs and environmental passport (district, united territorial community, settlement); strategic environmental assessment of state planning documents and environmental impact assessment; development of schemes for sanitation of settlements, development of local and regional solid waste management programmes and waste management plans);

  - tourism (strategy of regional development of tourism and hospitality, local programmes of tourism development, creation of tourism clusters, development of a tourist infrastructure, development of a complex tourist product, professional training and advanced training of specialists of tourist service and tourist support).

  The Centre of Innovative Development and Training organizes and conducts workshops, master classes, and webinars aimed at personal growth and development of professional skills. Training courses are supervised by certified trainers and practitioners using multimedia equipment (multiboard, interactive whiteboard, multimedia projector). Curricula are adapted and developed according to the requests of students.

  Educational services are provided in online and offline forms, using innovative learning technologies (coaching, facilitation, training; metaphorical and transformational games; motivational interview; webinar; project-based learning; individual consultations; case-study; networking; seminars; master -classes, etc.).
