  After graduating from the Department of Accounting and Taxation, graduates can hold the following positions: chief accountant; chief economist; chief auditor; CFO; head of the control and audit department; head of the finance department; head of centralized accounting; head of a small enterprise; accounting manager; auditor; expert accountant; accountant-auditor; tax and fee consultant; expert in the regulation of social and labor relations; social responsibility expert; economist in accounting and business analysis; economist in taxes and fees; economic consultant; other managerial positions in the management of enterprises, structural units.

 The Department of Accounting and Taxation actively cooperates with the following institutions and organizations, namely controlling bodies – the Main Department of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine in the Ternopil region and the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Ternopil region; institutions and organizations of state ownership, such as: Department of Education and Science of Ternopil City Council, Ternopil Regional Center for retraining and advanced training of public authorities, local governments, state enterprises, institutions and organizations, Ternopil Regional Municipal Center for Tourism, Local History, Sports and excursions of student youth, Ternopil Regional Center for Ecological and Naturalistic Creativity of Student Youth, SE "Ternopilmiskgaz", as well as private enterprises, companies, firms, among which are: Viknar'off  (LLC "Terviknoplast"), LLC “SE Bordnetze Ukraine”, LLC “Stellar”, BMU “Prombud ”, LLC “Ternopilbud”, LLC “Step”, LLC “Integral”, LLC “TernopilMAZservice ”LTD, PJSC Ternopil-Hotel, where students have the opportunity to gain practical experience, participate in internships, to apply for jobs. Especially useful and fruitful is the cooperation of the department with companies in the field of consulting, accounting and auditing services, in particular the International Company KPMG Ukraine (LLC "KPMG-Ukraine", Kyiv), Yu Control (LLC "Yu-Control", Kyiv), International Audit Company "Grant Thornton" (Kyiv), LLC Audit Firm "Consul" (Ternopil), LLC "Ter Audit" (Ternopil), LLC "Voloshin" (Ternopil), LLC "Soft World" (Ternopil)

 The Department of Accounting and Taxation implements international cooperation with foreign partners: Sopot Higher School (Poland); University of Grenoble, (France); Olsztyn University (Poland); Technical University of Košice (Slovakia); Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of Great Britain (UK).
