 Course description  The aim of the discipline is to provide students with systematic knowledge and practical skills to implement a risk culture in a company or a project team.
Tasks of the discipline:
- to examine how the risk management projects;
- learn how to identify a list of risks that may affect project;
- analyze and document the qualitative and quantitative risk;
- develop action plan and expand opportunities and reduce threats to the projects.

Training
 Learning outcomes The ability to identify factors of project risks and develop a set of measures to control them. The ability to make design decisions under uncertainty. Use proactive approach to risk management projects.
The ability to determine the likelihood and impact of risks on the project. Ability to prepare analytical materials on risk assessment project on the basis of quantitative and qualitative methods. Identify risks and set priorities for project management. Quantitative analysis of the impact of identified risks on project objectives.
 The ability to use probability distributions and use risk modeling. Ability to design (plan) options and actions to expand opportunities and reduce threats to project objectives. Skills to respond to the negative and positive project risks. The ability to control deviations and trends in risk management projects.
