 Course description  The objective of the course" Innovative development of the enterprise" is the formation of students’ market-oriented priorities of socio-economic development of the society based on dynamic aligning to the conformity of the internal and external development opportunities of economic entities through constant research and implementation of new methods and areas to use their potential.

Module 1. Theoretical and methodological foundations of the process of managing innovative development of  the enterprise
Topic 1. Innovations and the cyclical nature of the economic development
Topic 2. Key concepts of innovation development
Topic 3. Measuring the level of innovation development and factors of its formation
Topic 4. Modern organizational forms of innovation development
Topic 5. The global scientific technological and information communications in the innovation sphere
Module 2. Management of providing resources for innovation development of economic entities
Topic 6. State support of innovative entrepreneurship
Topic 7. The marketing of innovations
Topic 8. Strategies and business models of innovation development of the enterprise
Topic 9. Innovation potential of the enterprise
Topic 10. Investment support of innovative development of the enterprise
Topic 11. Risks in innovation activities  and managing them
 Learning outcomes In the process of studying the course students should master the relevant amount of knowledge and skills that should promote general and professional training of specialists and which are required to be able to make up economically substantiated decisions on the problems concerning management of innovation development projects or development based on innovations.
Denomination and description of competencies, the formation of which ensures studying the course:
- the ability to apply management decisions in the implementation of innovative policies of the state and regions and management of the processes of innovative development of economic entities;
- the ability to evaluate the efficiency of innovations that facilitate raising the quality and reduce production costs and which, ensure competitiveness and innovative development of the enterprise.
